Our Graduate Development Programme runs parallel to your placement on the Business Management Programme. It offers everything from an introduction to our organisation, culture and processes to formal training in the form of seminars, specialist courses and visits.
No specific degree background is needed to join our Business Management Programme, which comprises of four six-month placements within your chosen business area. You might work in Legal and Contracts, Sales and Business Development, Procurement, Strategy and Marketing, Bid and Programme Management, across a number of different sites nationwide.
Training itself will take you through the entire lifecycle of a project, from initial bid right through to supply chain management and beyond. And you’ll do it all as part of a welcoming, supportive team. We’ll even pair you up with a buddy to help settle you in.
Think of it as a unique opportunity to take on a range of business-related challenges across Thales whilst working towards an industry-recognised professional qualification.
