MissionLink supports Tonga deployment

Thales Australia has supplied its MissionLink portable satellite communications (SATCOM) system to the Australian Defence Force in support of humanitarian assistance and disaster relief operations in Tonga.

Two MissionLink units were loaned to the Royal Australian Navy prior to the landing helicopter dock amphibious assault ship HMAS Adelaide sailing for Tonga in late January.
