Thales's Graeme Pyper talks to Which-50 on consumer trust following a data breach

Graeme Pyper, ANZ Regional Director for Cloud Protection and Licensing Activity, highlighted the connection with brand trust and dependency on its products or services.  

If you come out with one data breach, users consider what was lost, weigh up the services and carry on with their business. However, if it’s continual poor practice and publicity over a continued period of time, I think brand trust diminishes.
