Dr. Anusch Arezki is an internationally experienced (project) manager with an impressive career at Thales Germany. After transitioning from the pharmaceutical industry in 2014, she held various positions at Thales that underscored her leadership qualities, adaptability, and entrepreneurial understanding. From 2014 to 2016, she served as Chief of Staff of the management board, then moved to the Corporate Strategy department, where she assumed the role of Director of Corporate Strategy after just one year. In 2020, Dr. Arezki transitioned to the Operations area and was appointed to the management board of Thales Immobilien Deutschland GmbH, taking on the new responsibility for the Corporate Real Estate & HSE departments. Shortly thereafter, she once again demonstrated her transformational abilities, leading to her assumption of the Operations department's leadership in 2021, which includes functions such as Quality Assurance, Procurement, and IS/IT, in addition to Real Estate and HSE. In January 2023, she was appointed as Chief Operating Officer on the management board of Thales Deutschland GmbH.
She firmly believes that her doctoral thesis in Chemistry and her German-French double diploma in Chemistry and Chemical Engineering significantly developed her analytical and problem-solving skills.
