LGBT+ inclusion at Thales is everyone's business
Driven by its commitment to fighting all forms of discrimination, Thales signed the LGBT+ Engagement Charter and participated in the IFOP-L’Autre Cercle survey in France in 2019. Now the Group has published a booklet aimed at raising awareness and promoting LGBT+ inclusion.
Because inclusion is an appropriate concern for a company, and because Thales wants to do everything it can to create a caring work environment where everyone feels respected, the Group has decided to take action and shed light on a subject that remains under the radar all too often.
The new booklet aims to move beyond misconceptions and stereotypes and give everyone the opportunity to be more inclusive in the ways they behave.
