Overview
Thales will leverage the know-how of Triumf(1) to produce the THC30 cyclotron. The THC30 supports maximum production of one radioisotope or concurrent production of two different radioisotopes. With this cyclotron, Thales provides an advanced tool to product SPECT (Single Photon Emission Computed Tomography) radioisotopes used for cancer diagnosis and therapy.
The THC30 cyclotron comes with beam and target types (solid, liquid or gas) adapted to the required radioisotope production and building setup.
