In 2022, Thales is stepping up its recruitment policy, with plans to hire 11,000 new people worldwide.

After hiring 9,000 people worldwide in 2021, Thales is stepping up its recruitment policy and intends to hire more than 11,000 people and create 3,000 internal mobility opportunities within the Group.

Since 2019, Thales has hired 5,000 to 6,000 people a year. In 2019, the company's recruitment continues apace, with 5,000 new jobs created worldwide, including more than 130 in Portugal.  

Since 2016, Thales has hired 5,000 to 6,000 people a year. And in 2019, the company’s recruitment drive continues apace, with 5,500 new jobs created worldwide, including 2,500 in France.
