Thales UK named as Top 100 UK graduate employer

Thales UK has once again been voted a top graduate employer, placing 77th in the 'The Top Companies for Graduates to Work For' rankings on TheJobCrowd.com.

Described as a “TripAdvisor for jobs”, TheJobCrowd is the UK’s leading graduate job review website. The site hosts thousands of reviews, all written anonymously by graduates working for graduate employers. ‘The Top Companies for Graduates to Work For’ rankings are unique because they are entirely based on employee feedback, which has been given in thousands of reviews submitted on TheJobCrowd across the year.

Thales was ranked 77th in the overall ‘Top Employers’ category, and also placed sixth out of eight employers from the engineering sector that made it onto the list. This is a fantastic achievement for Thales UK and reflects the company’s commitment to our people and the growth of our future talent pipeline and builds on the company’s success at the beginning of May.

The results will be published in a print guide in September and distributed to every UK university, helping Thales to pipeline future engineering and business graduates into the business.

Not only will engineers and finance graduates be put through rigorous role specific training, but from day one in the business, they are supported and actively encouraged to work towards chartership with the industry body of their choice. Engineering and finance graduates join their peers from the business stream on a training and networking week every nine months, something which is seen as hugely beneficial across the board. For the duration of their residency as a Thales graduate, each individual is also assigned a mentor to help guide and encourage their progress.”
