Thales Spain receives the "San Juan Bosco" award 2024

On January 31, the day of the Park Unit and Hardware and Software Systems Maintenance Center (PCMSHS) and San Juan Bosco was celebrated in Madrid. Every year, as part of the celebrations, the "San Juan Bosco" award is presented to those who have completed the Unit's service tasks.

This year, the award went to the civilian personnel of the different companies that provide the services that guarantee the operability and deployment of the different information systems that connect the weapons platforms, including Thales, which has provided services to the Unit almost since the opening of the park in 2007.

Thus, five collaborators of Thales Spain have been awarded with the "San Juan Bosco 2024" award, commemorating their dedication and service to the PCMSHS for more than 10 years.

About the Hardware and Software Systems Maintenance Center and Park

The purpose of the PCMSHS is the maintenance of all information systems, especially command and control systems, both in terms of applications and the components and devices necessary for their deployment and use.

Among other systems, it maintains PROMETEO (formerly called SIMACET, the Army Command and Control System) and BMS (Battle Management System), products in which Thales participates in their development and which are part of the Army's command column.
