Message from Emily Tan

Since the last airshow two years ago, the world has witnessed the recovery in aviation as borders reopen and confidence in flying resumed.

Singapore is well positioned as a global aviation hub, and the Singapore Airshow 2024 provides an excellent platform for Thales in Singapore to demonstrate new solutions that help our customers stay resilient and prepare for a new future of flying.

From enabling seamless and contactless travel to addressing the needs of increasingly complex skies, meet us at Singapore Airshow Stand G24, where we present how technologies can help build a future that not only make the skies safer, but also contributes to a more sustainable way of travel

Key demos for safer skies

Providing a safe and seamless travel experience

Thales offers a complementary suite of state-of-the-art solutions for airports, airlines and immigration systems.

Utilising biometric authentication and robust document verification technologies, our Fly to Gate solution enables a touchless, fast, and easy passenger journey from check-in to boarding. With a highly intuitive user experience, it enhances the passenger processing capabilities for airports.

Our new cabin baggage scanner, HELIXVIEW seeks to revolutionise the airport experience by leveraging on our expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and cybersecurity.

In order to make fast and reliable decisions in real time, these solutions leverage on Thales’ Smart Digital Platform that generate various sources of data at a swift rate – with the help of automation, big data analytics and AI algorithms.

Thales Fly to Gate solution combines Thales' deep expertise in biometrics, identity management, border control, cybersecurity, and system integration.
The future is here: drones, also called Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS), are everywhere - in our skies, in the news, on store shelves.

Protecting our airspace

To mitigate risks of airspace conflicts, the Topsky - UAS Traffic Management (UTM) and the C-UAS PARADE optimises airspace access for drones in full compliance with national and international regulations.

Our ‘Made-in-Singapore’ ScaleFlyt Remote ID acts as a remote identification for drones, allowing for effective coordination between drone operators and airspace owners.

Along with the strong commitment to achieve net-zero carbon emissions by 2050, our joint Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS)-Thales (AIR) Lab has made strides in the air traffic management (ATM) sector by developing the world’s first ATM Twin, in our journey towards green and sustainable aviation.

Modernising the battlefield

In an increasingly volatile world, Thales’ mission-critical network and infrastructure systems are committed to helping our customers master every decisive moment.

From its development from scratch to supplying a complete rocket system, Thales is the only global company providing an array of Rocket Solutions to address operational challenges on the field.

In addition, our combat-proven ForceShield solution and our advanced surveillance radars and missiles are designed to detect low altitude air threats such as UAS to helicopters, fighter ground attacks or cruise missiles.

Smarter and reliable solutions

In an increasingly digital world, there is a demand to ensure cyber resilience regardless of their field of activity.

Established as the leading global provider of data protection solutions, Thales combines cutting-edge technologies and their know-how to detect the most advanced cyber threats. Our SYNAPS radio systems provide commanders with information superiority while maintaining a high degree of operational readiness.

In addition, our Evidence Base Training and Live Training Demo are training solutions that will mirror realistic missions. Based on laser and data communication technology, the GLADIATOR Live Modular Tactical Engagement Training system allows comparison of tactical performance over time, paving the way for future regulations to keep our skies and land safe and secure.
