Thales and HAITE Start a New Chapter in MRO Cooperation

  • HAITE and Thales signed an agreement for avionics repair and maintenance services.  Through this agreement, Thales will collaborate with HAITE on the various aspect of repairs, including workload sharing, technical manuals, test software and equipment provision.
  • This agreement marks the beginning of a new chapter in both parties' cooperation, strengthening mutual communication and collaboration between HAITE as an MRO service provider and Thales as an OEM. The expanded Thales authorized MRO network will enable better service to customers with innovative products, solutions and seamless quality services, thus contributing to the development of China's aviation MRO market.

At the 14th Airshow China in Zhuhai, Sichuan Haite High-tech Co., Ltd. (HAITE) and Thales signed an industrial collaboration agreement for avionics repair and maintenance services on November 9th, 2022. Through this agreement, Thales will collaborate with HAITE on workload sharing, technical manuals, test software and equipment provision. This milestone marks the new chapter for both parties’ cooperation on MRO business, demonstrating Thales’ engagement in the local authorized MRO network expansion to enable better service for Chinese aviation customers.

At the signing ceremony, Mr. Li Biao, Chairman of HAITE Group commented, "As the first listed company in domestic civil aviation MRO market, HAITE has always valued the communication with OEMs. The signing of this agreement reflects both parties' confidence in our future cooperation prospect, which will also benefit HAITE's business development.
