Thales recognised as an employer of choice for veterans

Thales Australia and New Zealand has been recognised as a Veteran Employer of Choice by the Australian Government Department of Veterans’ Affairs, acknowledging support for veterans transitioning to civilian careers.

Thales achieved the highest level in the Veteran Employment Commitment (VEC) program, showing dedication to employing veterans and creating a supportive workplace.

• Reserve Paid Leave of 30 days allows reservists to balance their military and civilian roles.
• Veteran Mentoring Program connects veterans with experienced mentors within Thales to help guide them through their career transitions.
• Partner with veteran-owned Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provider Sonder to offer tailored assistance to veterans.
