At Eurosatory 2026, Thales signed a partnership with Defense Conseil International (DCI) within the framework of DCI’s new capability offer, the Operational Command Academy (OCA) launched in June 2025. This innovative initiative aims to provide the French armed forces and their international partners with comprehensive training, exercises, and experimentation services dedicated to operational command.

The Operational Command Academy is based on the integration of advanced technological solutions developed by French industrial players, providing a strategic showcase to promote cutting-edge tools while facilitating direct dialogue between users and suppliers. This collaborative model ensures continuous improvement of solutions and fine-tuned adaptation to operational needs.

In this context, Thales contributes significantly with HexaForce, its multi-domain solution. Designed to equip command posts, HexaForce meets the requirements of the French armed forces across all domains.

Thanks to this synergy between DCI and Thales, the armed forces now benefit from a comprehensive and innovative approach to support the preparation and execution of operations in an increasingly complex and interconnected environment.
