New Country Director appointed for Thales Hellas

Thales appoints Vincent Megaides as CEO and Country Director for Thales Hellas, covering Greece, Cyprus and Malta.

Vincent Megaides has been with Thales for 22 years and has held various positions within the Group. His roles count engineering positions, strategy and sales & marketing leadership roles.

Following a position as an algorithm & software engineer, Vincent Megaides worked with bid and product line management for the Optronics business line in Paris. Following this, he was based in Sydney, Australia from 2010 to 2013, leading the defence business there.

From 2014 to 2020, he was in charge of the strategy, marketing and product policy within the Avionics Global Business Unit. Since 2020, he has been leading a worldwide team of sales executives in charge of the Optronics and Missile Electronics business line.

Vincent Megaides holds a Master of Engineering from the University of Paris XI and a Master of Business from HEC Paris.
