Bénédicte JUHEL

Bénédicte graduated as an engineer from Ecole Centrale de Nantes, a French top-tier engineering school. 

Passionate about Marine Science and technologies, she joined Thales Group in 2008: from Sonars with Thales Defense Missions Systems in France to Systems of Systems with Thales Defense and Security in Canada. Bénédicte has explored different dimensions of Thales, from scientific sea trials and innovative data visualisation to bids and product support. 

In her current role of Engineering Director, her mission includes leading various engineering disciplines such as System Engineering, Software, Hardware, Cyber Security, Integration and Supportability, sharing the best practices within the engineering community, and finding the right balance between delivery, innovation and growth within her department.

Bénédicte is also an active supporter of women in tech. As an example, she has been panelist for Women in Defence and Security Association in Canada.
