Benjamin Binet holds a Master of Business Administration from the ESCP-Europe Business School, Paris, and joined Thales in 2019 upon the acquisition of Gemalto, where he had held various executive roles from 2003 to 2019 in marketing, sales, product management and general management at headquarters in France, as well as in Brazil and South Africa.
Before joining Gemalto, Benjamin spent 9 years in the fast moving consumer goods industry (L’Oréal and Nestlé) and in the first wave of startups in 1999-2000, working on customer relationship management.
Benjamin Binet is half-French and half-Belgian, and has developed strong multi-cultural skills through his international experience and trips abroad. He is passionate about aviation, and holds a private pilot’s licence.
