Didier is leading the group-wide THALES Design Transformation which ambitions to transform THALES into a world-class design organisation. Early 2020, he has been appointed as the first Chief Design Officer in THALES.
Didier is the founder of the THALES Design Center, an organisation he co-founded in 2013. Its mission is to leverage Design-driven Innovation & Design Thinking throughout the company. The Design Center Network is currently present in 12 locations across the world.
Since joining Thales Didier has held multiple roles in Business, Innovation and Design. He is also serving on a number of Innovation & governance boards including Digital Transformation Steering Committee, Design Center Network, Digital Marketing Board & the THALES Belgium Board of Directors.
He is a Belgian national and a graduate of the Haute Ecole de Bruxelles.
