As the prime contractor for the U.S.-based Iridium NEXT program, Thales Alenia Space has partnered with Iridium for more than a decade to develop the world’s most advanced, flexible, and high-performance satellite constellation. Additionally, Thales Alenia Space developed FlytLIVE, North America’s most redundant satellite-based in-flight connectivity network, powered by the SES-17 satellite with nearly 200 dynamic beams for fast, seamless coverage on high-traffic airline routes across the Americas and Atlantic.
