Marie Gayrel is Vice-President of Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance for Thales' Defence Mission Systems activity.

Marie is a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique and the Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées, and holds an MPA in Finance and Economics from the London School of Economics.
She joined Thales in 2016 as Director of Mergers and Acquisitions, then moved to the Surface Radars business, first as head of civil radars and then, in 2021, as vice-president of the Ground Master defence radar segment.
