Our Commitment to Reconciliation in Canada
© Thales
Thales is committed to reconciliation with Indigenous peoples and communities across Canada. We believe that reconciliation is everyone’s responsibility, and we take our role in that to heart.
Supporting Reconciliation across Canada
In support of Call to Action 92, we commit to fostering respectful and enduring relationships and intentional consultation with Indigenous communities across Canada. We strive to lay a foundation of trust through meaningful engagement and commit to pursuing opportunities to collaborate on long-term sustainable economic development projects to benefit Indigenous communities while serving our customers in Canada and around the world.
We strive to create opportunities for Indigenous peoples and ensure equitable access to jobs to contribute to the fulfillment of our business and in support of the communities with whom we partner.
These commitments are illustrated by our progress through the Partnership Accreditation in Indigenous Relations (PAIR), where, in 2026, Thales completed Phase 3 of the Committed process. In 2027, Thales will be seeking a PAIR certification as the next step in these efforts to strengthen Indigenous economies and create opportunities for Indigenous peoples in Canada.
