Thales celebrates topping-out ceremony for new building complex in Kiel

On September 18, 2024, Thales Germany had the honour of celebrating the topping-out ceremony for its new building in the Kiel district of Wik together with the Mayor of the City of Kiel, guests from business and politics, partners, and employees. 

This new infrastructure supports the expansion of naval activities and will ensure close collaboration between Thales and the German Navy as part of the F126 project, led by Damen as the main contractor. 

Completion is scheduled for fall 2025 and involves an investment of 13 million euros as well as the creation of a total of 40 new jobs.
