Thales appoints Louis Igonet as Vice President, Head of Investor Relations

Reporting to Pascal Bouchiat, Senior Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Louis Igonet will be responsible for financial communication, including relations with investors and financial analysts. He will succeed Alexandra Boucheron and will join Thales on 5 January 2026.

A graduate of French business school EDHEC, Louis Igonet is currently Head of Investor Relations, Strategy and Development at Tikehau Capital.

Louis brings more than 20 years of experience in investor relations and corporate finance. He began his career in 2004 at Bouygues within the Group’s investor relations team, then at TF1, in the financial controlling team, before becoming Deputy Head of Investor Relations. He subsequently served as Head of Financial Communication at Edenred between 2015 and 2017, and then at Carrefour in 2017. He joined Tikehau Capital in 2018, shortly after the IPO, to establish its investor relations function, and later expanded his responsibilities to strategy and development.
