SAMP/T NG by Eurosam is a highly mobile, network-integrated or autonomous, air defence system. It features a dual-mode ABT/ATBM capability, 48 ready-to-fire Mach 3+ missiles per battery with a range over 150 km. The engagement module supports 100 targets and offers extensive interoperability. Containing a powerful Ground Fire radar with 350 km range and 360°/90° coverage, it is low manned and suitable for civil airspace.
Beyond its autonomous capabilities, SAMP/T NG is able to interact and be integrated with national systems, or NATO systems, such as national AOC, national network, Tactical Data Links and Optical fiber Microwave Link SatCom. It also contains a multi-domain capacity with Fighter Collaborative combat and a multi-layer capacity with V/SHORAD coordination.
