The AirMaster family, a portfolio of airborne multi-role radars, designed to detect, locate and track evolving threats in contested environments. Improve situation awareness to give strategic advantage.

OUR STRENGHTS IN ADVANCED AIRBORNE RADARS

  1. See the unseen

Embedding cutting-edge technologies such as AESA, our sensors provide accurate real-time imagery in all weather conditions and in any environment. Relying on a full set of different modes, our radars enable continuous surveillance and support a wide range of ISR missions.

  2. Designed for all airborne platforms

Thales developed a comprehensive suite of radars designed to fit both manned and unmanned platforms. Relying on decades of expertise, the AirMaster serie includes a full portfolio, from ‘’heritage products” Searchwater and Ocean Master to their latest heirs, AirMaster C, I-Master or AirMaster S.

  3. Powered by AI

High intensity combined to increasing reliability of detection generates an exponential volume of data for the operators. We have developed Smart AI functionalities to reduce the crew workload and create operational value. Our software designed radars can permanently evolve to adapt to new threats.

Forces are expanding their capabilities to strengthen detection, identification and surveillance of targets. Thales has built on the proven experience of the Master radars to further enhance its range of advanced airborne surveillance radars for the maritime, air and land environment.

Selected by numerous customers in the world, our radars have demonstrated their capability in action: AirMaster S for French navy ATL2 and I-Master for Royal Navy Peregrine.
