File sharing

With Cryptobox, share your end-to-end encrypted documents with colleagues or external partners. Your files are sent only to selected recipients and transferred via a secure URL.

You define the options for each sharing and remain in control at all times. Your IT team can set precise retention and sharing rules for all users.
Secure workspace

Create a secure "Workspace" and add the guests or members you wish to collaborate with.

You also have a secure "My Documents" folder for your own use, from which you can share files externally.

Users can organise their work environment by adding tags and categorising their workspaces.
Collaborative Editing

Crypobox’s collaborative editing feature allows you to co-edit shared documents, securely in real time. Compatible with Microsoft® Office and OpenDocument (ODF) formats, it displays all users connected simultaneously and their edits, and manages version history and access rights.

Extended Collaboration

The ‘Extended Collaboration’ package facilitates secure collaboration with your external partners or clients. It includes guest licences set by users, and a deposit box: a unique link to upload files to Cryptobox in one click, no account needed.

Multi-device

Cryptobox is available on multiple devices: iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS applications, as well as on web browsers.

A synchronisation client is also available for Windows and macOS, allowing you to choose which workspaces to synchronise locally.
Access management

Each workspace owner chooses users authorised to access it, and defines their role (owner, member or reader). Apart from authorised users, no one else can access your data, not even the administrator or solution provider.

It is also possible to restrict access to workspaces to trusted devices only.

It guarantees sovereignty and security: data is encrypted end-to-end and accessible only to authorised recipients. This solution is essential for sensitive sectors (defense, public services...) and enables effective collaboration.

Deployment & Administration

We offer customised integration to specifically address your needs. Whether it is an On-Premise installation, SaaS use in the Cloud and SecNumCloud 3.2, or a hybrid approach, we adapt to your preferences and security requirements. Our goal is to provide a tailored solution that integrates seamlessly with your existing infrastructure, allowing you to fully benefit from our services.

Cryptobox is available on a sovereign, secure Cloud, certified SecNumCloud 3.2.

Our file sharing and collaboration solution meets the security and sovereignty requirements and obligations of public sector players (public organisations, semi-public organisations, Operators of Vital Importance (OIVs), and Essential Service Operators (OSEs)), in order to ensure the highest level of protection for their sensitive data.

The administrator has an administration console to configure Cryptobox and manage users and their devices. The settings can be applied to the entire platform, to a group of users, or to an individual user.

Have the best security and privacy for each user, set up strong two-factor authentication. Your data is end-to-end encrypted. We apply "Zero Knowledge" cryptography and the "Two-man-rule" to access data and ensure maximum security. Cryptobox does not store your password, recovery is still possible with the help of a trusted person – patented solution.

Adopt a sovereign solution. Cryptobox is used by the most demanding government entities and large international companies. Cryptobox is certified by ANSSI for "Restricted Distribution level (Common Criteria Certification EAL3+ and Standard Qualification)*.
