Power distribution systems play one of the most crucial roles in the electrical architecture of a platform. Thales’ programable and scalable Solid-State Power Distribution Boards (SSPDB) and Units (SSPDU) are designed to provide overcurrent and short circuit protection, and to enable smart electrical power management in military vehicle platforms.

Thales Power Management System (PMS) put the soldiers in control of their energy use. The system helps to minimize power shutdowns in the field, provides real-time monitoring of electrical parameters, and alerts the soldiers of any anomalies, so they can identify and address potential problems before the power goes out.
