To ensure a prolonged yet effective lifecycle for maritime equipment, it is crucial to facilitate and provide repair services. This can be achieved by collaborating with customer maintenance organisations to train their crews, or by ensuring the availability of Thales personnel for maintenance—whether at our docks, industrial facilities, or on board vessels. As an additional service, we can provide obsolescence management to guarantee that, even over extented lifecycles, spares remain available.

We expect vessels and their equipment to remain operational for decades. However, over that time, threats continue to evolve. To enable older platforms to withstand both current and future threats, we regularly update and upgrade our systems and solutions to ensure effective and successful operations addressing challenges ranging from cyber threats to UXV swarms.
