Security is at the heart of Ercom’s product design. We call this “Security by Design” All our products are certified by well-known and independent organisations. To ensure your data remain fully confidential and secure, we have implemented several levels of protection. At a local level, we use multi-factor authentication (MFA), and for data, we use end-to-end encryption technology.
Collaboration

Collaborate with confidence with our secure solutions. Exchange, share and modify your sensitive files in real time thanks to the Cryptobox Collaborative Editing feature, compatible with Microsoft® Office and OpenDocument Format (ODF). Work together on the same document shared online, with annotation, version history and fine management of access rights in a fluid and sovereign environment. Also organise your online meetings via Citadel Team, our secure communication solution for audio & videoconferencing.
Mobility

Ercom provides secure mobility solutions such as Cryptosmart Mobile to secure your mobile communications and devices, and Cryptosmart PC, our secure VPN designed to protect your data while away on business or telecommuting.
Sovereignty

In order to comply with the state’s recommendations in terms of sovereignty and security, we offer several types of sovereign deployment, namely: 100% local hosting with On-Premise for Cryptosmart and Cryptobox, and Hybrid for Cryptobox. And finally, the Cloud and SecNumCloud 3.2 for Citadel Team and Cryptobox.

In accordance with the NIS 2 Directive, our secure collaboration and mobility solutions help to strengthen the security of sensitive data held by major and essential French entities (OIV, OSE, EE and EI). Cryptosmart Mobile secures all your phone conversations, data, and devices with a high level of security (Restricted Distribution*), thanks to end-to-end encryption and 'Quantum Safe' cryptography.
Designed for sensitive government entities, OIVs and OSEs, it is integrated into a sovereign ecosystem and effectively protects mobile data on Samsung devices.
Local encryption ensures confidentiality even if the device is lost or stolen, and Cybels Mobile Backup guarantees data continuity.

Our ANSSI-qualified collaborative platform for a Restricted Distribution* use, enables the secure exchange of sensitive documents through end-to-end encryption. Available on Cloud, SecNumCloud 3.2, On-Premise, or Hybrid environments, it enhances collaboration—including with external users—thanks to the Extended Collaboration pack (guest licenses, dropbox feature) and secure real-time co-editing, compatible with Microsoft Office and OpenDocument formats (ODP). Granular access rights management and version history facilitate collaboration and project management in a sovereign workspace.

Our secure professional communication solution, Citadel Team, enables you to organise audio and videoconferences and exchange messages through a secure chat. Citadel Team synchronises all your interactions in real time across your mobile devices & PCs and is hosted in a Cloud or SecNumCloud 3.2 environment.

To ensure confidentiality, each company has a dedicated infrastructure operated by Thales and hosted in France. Citadel Team is based on the Matrix protocol, and ERCOM is a member and contributor to this foundation.

The new sovereign IPsec VPN client, Cybels VPN, protects your computer connections and secures your remote data exchanges. Based on the IPSec protocol, Cybels VPN offers a high level of security for Windows PCs and integrates seamlessly with Stormshield SNS VPN Gateways and Thales Mistral already installed in client infrastructures. It guarantees secure end-to-end communications for standard and sensitive data, up to the Restristed Distribution level.
