Trust is the foundation of successful collaboration with our partners. We are committed to the long-term success of our customers and maintain partnerships with institutions and organisations responsible for security, as well as with local and international technology and research partners. We are recognized as an attractive employer and are actively involved in local community and social projects.

“Komm mach MIINT”

As a partner of the National Pact for Women in STEM Careers, we are committed to equal opportunities and diversity in technical professions. Our goal is to inspire and support especially young women to pursue STEM studies and careers.

Through Girls’Day, we offer schoolgirls their first insights into technical fields of work. The International Women in Engineering Day celebrates the dedication of female engineers and highlights female role models.

My goal is to work at the intersection of artificial intelligence and applied research, ideally in an international environment. I see this as an opportunity to make a real contribution to addressing societal challenges.

Ditzinger Lebenslauf

Thales in Germany takes part every year as the main sponsor in the “Ditzinger Lebenslauf,” a charity run in support of Mukoviszidose e.V., which has been bringing people from the region together since 1999.

This hybrid run focuses not on speed but on the distance covered, as every kilometre helps raise donations. Each participant also becomes a fundraiser. Through our continued commitment as main sponsor we demonstrate how much social responsibility means to us — and that every step counts.

First National Veterans Day in Germany

With the introduction of the first National Veterans Day, the German Bundestag (The Parliament of the Federal Republic of Germany) is sending a strong signal of recognition for service in the Bundeswehr. The aim is to promote broader public dialogue on security and defense policy and to increase awareness of the contributions made by active and former service members – regardless of their specific roles.

At Thales in Germany, many former members of the Bundeswehr contribute their expertise in areas such as development, production, project management, and sales. As a trusted partner of the Bundeswehr for over 50 years, Thales supports the goals of Veterans Day and advocates for open dialogue about military service.
