Thales in Germany continuously works to further develop and improve its integrity and compliance programme, which is based on four pillars: corruption prevention, trade compliance (export control and compliance with embargoes and international sanctions), competition and antitrust law, and data protection.
Policies
The four pillars of Thales' integrity and compliance programme in Germany – corruption prevention, trade compliance, competition and antitrust law, and data protection – comprise basic rules, processes, training and tools designed to ensure that our company meets the highest international standards and requirements. These include the Code of Conduct, the Code of Ethics, the Policy on Detection, Prevention and Management of Conflicts of Interest, our risk management in the area of corruption prevention, including various training measures, and the Thales Alert Line, which enables every employee and business partner to contact the top of our compliance and integrity organisation anonymously if regular reporting channels are not an option.
