Force W, led by Thales alongside SERA Ingénierie, DUMA Engineering, MC-CLIC, and H2X, claimed first place in the CoHoMa II challenge, organised by the French Army to test robotic capabilities in combat scenarios.

With only three operators, the team successfully neutralised threats and seized mission targets using innovative, coordinated robotic systems. The winning solution combined unmanned ground and aerial platforms, a combat digital platform, secure communications, and autonomous orchestration developed by Thales.

A key strength was the ability to control multiple robotic units with a single operator while retaining responsiveness and tactical precision. The system achieved 80% trap neutralization in a three-hour mission, demonstrating exceptional resilience, speed, and fluidity. This performance confirms Force W’s leadership in robotic support for contact combat and strengthens Thales’s position in SCORPION and UAS SMDR operations.
