Strengthening Partnerships & Supporting Canadian Supply Chains

Thales is proud to grow Canada’s defence industrial base with an activated supply chain of more than 700 suppliers across eight provinces. Nearly 50% of our suppliers are small- and medium-sized businesses and over 70% are multi-year suppliers, reflecting Thales’ commitment to stable, long-term relationships and Canadian jobs.

Indigenous Relations & Reconciliation

Thales is committed to meaningful reconciliation with Indigenous communities in Canada. We believe reconciliation is a shared responsibility and remain committed to establishing, advancing and nurturing positive relationships with the Indigenous communities in which we work and live.

As we pursue Indigenous relations certifications, strengthen our partnership with the Malahat Nation whose traditional territories host our West Coast Operations Centre and create new opportunities for Indigenous students through the JEDI program with the McKenna Institute, we focus on initiatives that foster collaboration and deliver long-term, sustainable benefits for Indigenous communities.
