Thales set up our training service in 1997 employing training professionals experienced in the field and with expert knowledge on payment systems, EMV cards and mobile payments. Our trainers deliver complete training programmes to ensure our customers fully understand payment technologies and their deployment. Regulations such as PSD2 in particular are covered by our training programmes.
Customer Satisfaction is our priority. That´s why, at the end of each training course, our trainers gauge student checks student satisfaction via an evaluation form which tests quantitatively and qualitatively whether it has met agreed objectives. Results are analysed regularly and action plans implemented where necessary to ensure the highest possible level of student satisfaction.
