Electrical characteristics of a 65 nm CMOS implementation:

  • power supply voltage range: 1.2 V ±10%
  • frequency tolerance smaller than ±0.05%
  • duty-cycle comprised between 30% and 70%
  • setup time shorter than 1 s
  • operating current consumption lower than 10 µA
  • silicon area smaller than 0.2 mm²
