TopSky – Obstacles and AMDB is shaped for land use operator (LUO) units and obstacles impact assessment on aviation services. It provides Operators adequate means to manage their own aeronautical data. Automatically assess existing obstacles or planned ones impact on ICAO regulation. The automatic report provides analysis on obstacle metadata conformity towards Annex 15 and the obstacle impact on Obstacles Limitation Surfaces (Annex 14) and Building Restricted Areas for CNS equipment (DOC015).
Designed by operators for operators it provides high level automated means for data quality management, reports generation and Obstacles related aeronautical charts (Aerodrome Obstacle Chart — ICAO Type A, Type B , PATC) production.
The compliance to ICAO annex 15 is made easier thanks to the temporal, traceable, template based approach for charts, and reports automated generation.
